Oh, Canada. There are a lot of non-Beliebers in America.
In fact, 273,968 of them signed a petition on the official White House website to have Canadian singer Justin Bieber deported. The document was created Jan. 23, the day that Bieber, 20, was pulled over while drag racing in Miami and arrested, and later charged with DUI, resisting arrest without violence, and driving with an expired driver's license. The anti-Bieber petition also asked that his green card be revoked, although technically he's on an O-1 visa, which allows individuals with "extraordinary ability or achievement" in their field to stay stateside.
The White House, which responds to any petition with more than 100,00 signatures, finally spoke to the Bieber situation Friday.

Lindsay Lohan might be (finally) getting it together — at least, that's the message she's sending to pretty much anyone who will listen.
During recent appearances to promote her self-titled documentary series on OWN, the 27-year-old star addressed the tougher topics head-on. From the rumors that she was partying at Coachella to her infamous list of sexual partners to her often scrutinized relationship with her mom, Lindsay answered questions as a guest on "Watch What Happens Live" and as a co-host on "The View." And you know what? She actually did a pretty good job.
It's true that only time will tell whether she's just giving good lip service or if she has really changed, but one thing is certain: Lohan's definitely putting her best foot forward in this media blitz — and that alone is quite an achievement. So even though she's clearly saving some of the juiciest material for her own show (not that we blame her), here's a handy recap of what we've learned about the new-and-improved Lindsay so far.

Debbie Gibson isn't just a pop star. For the past year, she's also been a patient.
Gibson, who is best known for her '80s songs such as "Only in My Dreams" and "Shake Your Love," revealed on her blog Wednesday that she's been diagnosed with Lyme disease. The singer, 43, wrote that she decided to disclose her condition because people were commenting on the weight loss it had caused following performances she gave in Chile earlier this month.
"Amidst the posts online celebrating the wonderful concerts in Santiago, I would come across comments about my weight and appearance," Gibson wrote. "Some were just plain mean and ignorant. I want to urge you all… NEVER JUDGE… ANYONE! You never know what someone is going through. These comments hurt the people writing them… not me."

He's not the son of Alan Thicke who sings "Blurred Lines," and he's not the one who stars in Thicke's new semi-reality show, "Unusually Thicke."
Meet Brennan Thicke, 39. He's the older bro of R&B crooner Robin, 37, and the half-brother of 16-year-old Carter Thicke. Like Robin, he will only appear occasionally on Alan's latest TV venture, although Brennan already had the Web buzzing following the show's premiere this week. People wondered, just who is this mysterious other Thicke fellow?
Here are a few things to know about him: 1. Like his soul-singing sibling, Brennan is the son of the former "Growing Pains" actor and singer/actress Gloria Loring, who was on the soap "Days of Our Lives" in the '80s. (Carter's mom is Alan's second wife that he split from in 1999, former Miss World Gina Tolleson.)

There is no competition: Victoria Beckham wins for the best way to spend one's 40th birthday.
That's because the fashionista, who celebrated the milestone on Thursday, spent part of her day up close and personal with her husband, David Beckham, and his abs. And she posted this photo on Twitter to show the world that "This Is 40" — and it's not bad at all:
Having a wonderful day with my family x vb pic.twitter.com/40VDZIAnRL
Judging from her Twitter feed, the former Spice Girl's big day was a busy one involving activities other than just cozying up to the soccer star-turned-undies model. Here are 7 other highlights:
1. She started the day outside in her nightgown. The England-based family was staying in a luxury resort near the Grand Canyon. She took a stretch outside in the morning sun.
2. She showed the world what a cute baby she was.
3. She thanked her mom for giving birth to her. A very sweet gesture from the pouty star.

Justin Bieber and Drake Bell are bringing their cyberbeef into the real world.
After years of throwing virtual jabs on Twitter, the feuding pair nearly came face-to-face Thursday night when the "Baby" crooner crashed the Nickelodeon alum's album release party.
Here's what we know: Bell, 27, was celebrating the release of "Ready Steady Go!" at Mixology 101 @ Planet Dailies at The Grove in Los Angeles. He was looking spiffy in his blue suit and had a cheery red carpet reunion with his "Drake & Josh" co-stars, Josh Peck and Miranda Cosgrove. (Show creator Dan Schneider was also there.) There was had an "epic cake" made for the big bash, and Bell performed for partygoers.

Few things say the '90s like the babydoll dress, and it's back and bigger than ever! Some of Hollywood's hottest stars have been spotted sporting the style. Lana Del Rey rocked out on stage at Coachella in a bright orange-and-pink babydoll dress, while Lea Michele wore one in pale pink at the Lacoste party. Chrissy Teigen posed on red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards in her Ulyana Sergeenko babydoll. Also revisiting the '90s fashion statement in 2014: Sienna Miller, Taylor Swift, and Jessica Alba!
"The Insider" correspondent Keltie Knight caught up with celebrity stylist Daniel Musto, who dished about why this trend is being styled in its revival mode. "In the '90s, it was seen in solid colors, super innocent on Courtney Love with some clunky Doc Martens," Daniel says. "But now you're seeing florals, plaids, and stripes with heels. And heels actually make it better, because it's all about the leg."
Check out the video to see the look on some of your favorite stars, and be sure to tune in to "The Insider" on TV tonight for the latest in entertainment news.

James Franco is only interested in positive reviews, thank you very much.
The Oscar-nominated actor is starring on Broadway's "Of Mice and Men," with Franco playing George opposite Chris O'Dowd's Lennie.
The show opened on Wednesday night, and while many of the reviews have been glowing, New York Times theater critic Ben Brantley's feedback wasn't entirely positive.
"Though he sports a Yosemite Sam accent, Mr. Franco is often understated to the point of near invisibility," writes Brantley. "It’s a tight, internal performance begging for a camera’s close-up. And only in the play’s second scene — in a bunkhouse, where Lennie retells George about the dream farm they’ll someday own together — did I sense a warming current of affection between the characters."
However, Brantley went on to compliment Franco's talent and, all in all, it was hardly a scathing review.
Still, the actor was not amused.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, Franco shared a link to Variety's positive article, while also taking the time to rant about Brantley.

There's a baby on board for Chelsea Clinton.
Clinton, 34, daughter of former president Bill Clinton and former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton, announced she was pregnant on Thursday.
“I just hope that I will be as good a mom to my child and hopefully children as my mom was to me,” the former first daughter said while speaking at an event for the Clinton Foundation’s No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project, which seeks to empower women globally. "I certainly feel all the better whether it's a girl or a boy that she or he will grow up in world filled with so many strong female leaders."
Hillary Clinton, who was in attendance, added that she is "really excited" to welcome her first grandchild. Bill Clinton tweeted his excitement as well.
Excited to add a new line to my Twitter bio...grandfather-to-be! @hillaryclinton and I are so happy for Chelsea and Marc!
According to reports, Clinton's husband, Marc Mezvinsky, watched from the back of the room during the reveal.
