  • Kelly Osbourne Quits 'Fashion Police' After Zendaya Controversy

Taryn Ryder at Yahoo Celebrity 7 hrs ago

Sorry wasn't good enough for Kelly Osbourne.

Following this week's Giuliana Rancic-Zendaya fiasco, Osbourne has quit Fashion Police .

"Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers," the network says in a statement. "No decisions have been made on her replacement."

Despite the shakeup, the network says its show will return as scheduled on March 30.

On Monday's post-Oscars show, Rancic drew flak after critiquing Zendaya Coleman's Academy Awards hairstyle, saying the young actress probably smelled "like patchouli oil... and weed" because of her dreadlocks.

you guys do realize that @Zendaya is my friend right?

    Apparently he was right.

  • Rosie O'Donnell Files for Divorce Three Weeks After 'View' Exit

Marcus Errico at Yahoo Celebrity 7 hrs ago

Rosie O'Donnell's marriage is beyond saving.

Calling her relationship with wife Michelle Rounds "irretrievably broken," the entertainer submitted divorce papers Friday in a Manhattan court, Yahoo has confirmed. The divorce will not be contested, indicating O'Donnell and Rounds will abide by their prenup and work out an amicable settlement. News of the filing was first reported by People .

There was no immediate comment from either side, but today's announcement was hardly a surprise. Just three weeks ago, O'Donnell, 52, cited the demise of her relationship as one of the reasons she was quitting The View .

"I can confirm that Rosie and her wife Michelle split in November, O'Donnell's publicist, Cindi Berger, said in a statement on Feb. 6. "Rosie has teens and an infant at home that need her attention. This has been a very stressful situation. She is putting her personal health and family first. ABC has been wonderfully understanding and supportive of her personal decision to leave The View ."

  • Zendaya 'Over' Giuliana Rancic's Comments About Her hair

Taryn Ryder at Yahoo Celebrity 9 hrs ago

Zendaya Coleman is putting the Giuliana-dreadlocks drama behind her.

The 18-year-old actress looked carefree and happy while out in Hollywood with her father (who you'll notice has dreads) on Thursday night. This is the first time Zendaya has been spotted since Giuliana Rancic made controversial comments about the singer's Oscars hairstyle on E!'s Fashion Police .

Coleman told paparazzi last night that she thinks the whole thing is "over" and to "let it go, let's make it positive."

While Us Weekly claims Rancic could have avoided the whole fiasco if she listened to her co-star Kelly Osbourne and didn't say the joke (which was reportedly taped three times), Access Hollywood says that's not the case.

Naturally, papa Osbourne caught wind of that.

  • Read Leonard Nimoy's 1968 Words of Wisdom to a Mixed-Race Teen

Robert Kessler at Yahoo Celebrity 10 hrs ago

Leonard Nimoy, who passed away Friday at the age of 83, was best known for his portrayal of Spock on Star Trek . In addition to the legions of Star Trek fans who revered him, Spock and, by extension Nimoy, was considered a hero by many people who'd ever felt different.

In 1968, one of those people, a teenaged girl whose mother was black and whose father was white, wrote to Fave magazine asking Spock, who was half-human, half-Vulcan, how he'd handled the rejection of not fitting in. Nimoy was so moved by the letter that he penned a response, which Fave then published the following month. Nimoy's letter is both touching and inspiring.

"It takes a great deal of courage to turn your back on popularity and to go out on your own," Nimoy writes. "Although inside you're not really like members of the pack, it's still frightening to decide to leave them, because as long as you're popular, you have at least someone to hang around with."

  • Will Forte Gave a Nasty Toast During Seth Meyers's Wedding

Mallory Schlossberg at Yahoo Celebrity 11 hrs ago

Will Forte and Seth Meyers go way back. Not only did the two star on Saturday Night Live together, but they've remained friends. So when Forte appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers to plug his new show, Last Man on Earth (which features perhaps the beard of the year), Forte and Meyers started taking a trip down memory lane.

One anecdote that came up was about when Forte gave a speech at Meyers's rehearsal dinner before hiswedding to Alexi Ashe in 2013. The speech was the opposite of what one might expect at a rehearsal dinner, but probably pretty standard for the SNL crew. The toast was made in character as Hamilton, a crass white supremacist. But who cares how offensive he was? He was hilarious.

"How does a woman of such divine symmetrical features marry a hook nose?" asked Forte as Hamilton, making fun of Meyers's distinguished features. "But it works."

  • Dave Coulier Requires No Sustenance Other Than John Stamos's Leftovers

Robert Kessler at Yahoo Celebrity 13 hrs ago

Dave Coulier, a man who once inspired Alanis Morissette to sing "did you forget about me, Mr. Duplicity" and a nation to say "cut it out," is not at all embarassed to say that John Stamos is the only reason he got laid in the '90s. During an interview with Boston's 103.3 FM, Coulier seemed all too happy to have spent an entire decade playing the William Miller to Stamos's Russell Hammond.

"When I was a single guy, it used to be great. You'd ski in John Stamos's wake and supermodels were bouncing off of him," Coulier said, unashamed. "It was pretty special."

Coulier and Stamos became close playing Uncles Jesse and Joey on Full House and remain friends to this day. These days, Coulier is married — to photographer Melissa Bring — but back in the halcyon days of mullets and leather jackets, Coulier was like Stamos's storm drain, sucking up all the run-off.

"I could never ask a girl out," Coulier admit during the interview. "I was always the funny guy."

  • Now Who's the Design Guru? Kim Kardashian Talked Kanye West Out of a Face Tattoo

Robert Kessler at Yahoo Celebrity 16 hrs ago

This one goes out to all the haters, everyone who said Kim Kardashian was no good for Kanye West, the swelling masses who hesitated to accept our new King and Queen. Last night, Kim talked Kanye out of getting a tattoo on his face.

As the old saying goes: nothing good happens after 2 a.m., unless you have the level head and steady hand of Kim Kardashian on your side. And so, after Kanye's already emotional day, when the pair found themselves in a London tattoo parlor at 4 a.m., and Kanye was all, "Let's tattoo my face!!!!" fortunately Kim was there to chuckle, wait a beat, ask if he was serious, and then suggest perhaps he get a tattoo on his wrist instead. Which is exactly what he did:

four in the mornin' and he's zonin' @mxmttt pic.twitter.com/2toTjHRrUE

West had the birthdays of his mother Donda, who passed away in 2007, and his daughter North, 2048 President Elect, tattooed on his wrists in Roman numerals.

But, ah, what could have been...

  • Kanye West Tweets Apology to Beck Following Breakdown During Radio Interview

Nicole Pajer at Yahoo Celebrity 1 day ago

    Kanye West, is that you?

The rapper capped an emotional Thursday by publicly apologizing to Beck for rushing the stage when the indie-rock star was awarded the Grammy for Album of the Year over Kanye pal Beyoncé. Kanye said backstage that Beck should have given up the award to "respect artistry."

Kanye eventually admitted that he hadn't actually even heard Beck's album before making such a claim. On Thursday, he took to Twitter to extend an olive branch to Beck... and then to Bruno Mars, whom Kanye also has beefed with.

I would like to publicly apologize to Beck, I’m sorry Beck.

I also want to publicly apologize to Bruno Mars, I used to hate on him but I really respect what he does as an artist.

I also would love for Bruno to sing this hook on this song 88 Keys / Puff and I produced… I even asked Tyler to shoot the vid.

"Louise Wilson was the baddest professor of all time of any fashion school ever — notorious for not letting people stop at a 7 or 8 ever, pushing people to a 12."

It was a rare time that Kanye was at a loss for words.
