Then: Kirsten Dunst was an adorable child actress peddling Crayola crayons in an early acting gig from the '80s. The New Jersey native began acting and modeling when she was barely out of diapers, and eventually filmed more than 100 commercials before her breakout role co-starring with hot-actors-of-the-moment Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in 1994's Interview with the Vampire. Those curls!

Now: Birthday girl Dunst —who turns 33 on April 30 — didn't fade away or meet a terrible fate after growing up in Hollywood. (She attributed her 2008 stint in rehab to depression.) Instead, the grown-up beauty has continued to act in high-profile projects, such as the upcoming second season of TV's Fargo and a sci-fi drama from Mud director Jeff Nichols co-starring Girls's Adam Driver. Not too shabby, eh?
