Someone get a glass of Pinot Grigio ready for Ramona Singer because The Real Housewives of New York City star has announced that she is leaving her husband.

"I have decided to move on with my life without Mario," the entrepreneur tweeted on Thursday. "I tried my best to make my marriage work. I am excited for the new chapter in my life."

The couple has been on-again, off-again for the better part of the year.

In January, Ramona filed for divorce from Mario Singer, 59, after 22 years of marriage amid rumors of his infidelity. Mario had reportedly been carrying on an affair with a much younger woman, Kasey Dexter. However, months later, Ramona and Mario appeared to have reconciled.

In part two of The Real Housewives of New York City's reunion special (which was taped in June), Ramona got very defensive when host Andy Cohen asked her about the state of her marriage.

"Everyone in my family is great," an irritated Ramona replied. When Andy pressed further, the winemaker was not having his line of questioning.

"Hello? I just answered your question. Now let's go to Sonja or Aviva or someone else. Thank you, Andy," she said sarcastically. "I don't want to take this discussion any further… I have a daughter. That's it, thank you."

Ramona and Mario's only child, Avery Singer, will begin her sophomore year of college in the fall.

When Ramona wouldn't address her marital woes on the reunion special, her co-star, LuAnn de Lesseps — who has done her fair share of sparring with Ramona over the years — chimed in. "It's hard when your other  half cheats on you, Ramona."

"Don't even go there!" Ramona yelled back. "I want this closed down! Stop it, Andy. I don't want to talk about it."

In July, the New York Post's Page Six reported that Mario's alleged mistress tried to confront Ramona at Italian eatery Alfredo 100, where she is an investor.

A witness told Page Six that the manager of the restaurant had to grab a "kicking and shouting Dexter," who yelled, “You just don’t want me to tell her I’m still [bleep]ing her husband!” and escort her out of the restaurant.

Alfredo 100 manager confirmed the story.

Life & Style reported on Thursday that Ramona caught her husband cheating (again) weeks later with the 32-year-old personal trainer on July 24. Mario and Dexter were also photographed having lunch together last week.

Bravo has yet to reveal which RHONYC cast members will return next season, so it's yet be determined if Ramona's drama will play out in front of the cameras.
