How Halle Berry Stays Fit

When it comes to being fit and beautiful in Hollywood, you don't get much more gorgeous than Halle Berry. She recently wowed crowds at last week's FiFi Awards when she accepted the award for "celebrity fragrance of the year" in a cut-out Halston dress that showed off her toned midriff. So just how does this mother and 44-year-old look as in-shape as a 20-year-old? We found out!

1. Strength training. Halle follows Harley Pasternak's 5-Factor Fitness plan, which includes five minutes of each: warm-up, upper-body strength training, lower-body moves, core-training exercises, and fat-burning cardio work.

2. Kickboxing. A nice mix of upper and lower-body exercises, Halle uses kickboxing to burn calories and get strong!

3. Hills. Whether it's hiking, climbing stairs, or even cranking up the resistance on the elliptical, it's all about feeling the burn for Halle!

She also enjoys a healthy diet that includes lots of fresh produce, lean proteins, complex carbs, and plenty of water!
