He doesn't just know how to lead a super popular rock band, he can also mentor up-and-coming singers -- as he did when he served as coach of Javier Colon, the newly-crowned winner of the first season of NBC's "The Voice."With so many responsibilities on his shoulders, one would think they might geta little tight once in a while.
