We expect this from Kendall Jenner… or any of the Kardashian clan, for that matter. But when How I Met Your Mother alum Cobie Smulders turned up topless on the cover of Women's Health, well, color us surprised.
The 33-year-old, who reprises her role as Maria Hill in the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron , dropped her duds for the new issue. And if that act isn't enough to shock you, remember that she welcomed her second child with husband Taran Killam in January. So, yeah, that makes her killer pics — in shorty short shorts, striped bikini bottoms, and nothing else — that much more impressive.
Indeed, her smile is far more "let's go shoe shopping" than "come hither," but that doesn't make the photos any less appealing.
However Cobie's spending her time, it's clearly paying off.

This was inevitable, wasn't it? People have been wanting to get a taste of Benedict Cumberbatch for years, so we shouldn't be at all surprised that many took that opportunity when faced with a life-sized chocolate version of the Oscar nominee.
The 6-foot work of art — created by eight people over 250 hours from eight gallons of melted chocolate — was placed in the middle of the Westfield Stratford mall in London for the masses to ogle as a camera hidden by UKTV captured their reactions. While the Chocobatch first had us drooling, we're now more than happy to be an entire ocean away from the germ gold mine it became.
People didn't just pose for photos next to it — they held hands with it and rested their faces upon its chest. Many others straight-up licked it. As if they were the first to think to do this. They weren't. Ew.
More fans thought he was some sort of Kit-Kat bar and broke themselves off a piece. Yes, kids and grannies alike, snapped off his fingers, his bowtie, and even his nose(!) to get themselves a nibble.

For Jude Law, parenthood is a numbers game. And, depending on who's judging, he appears to be winning. The actor welcomed his fifth child — his third daughter — with his third baby mama, 23-year-old ex-girlfriend Catherine Harding.
"I can confirm the arrival of Jude Law and Catherine Harding's daughter," Law's rep said in a statement. "Both are delighted and continue to ask that their privacy and that of their child be respected."
No doubt the 42-year-old is looking forward to watching this little lady grow up… and knock him down a few pegs. Referring to his eldest daughter Iris, now 14, he told Parade back in 2009, "My daughter made me realize that if there's anything that's going to make a man of you, it's having your will broken by a little girl."
The actor has Iris as well as sons Rafferty, 18, and Rudy, 12, with his ex-wife, Sadie Frost. His other daughter, Sophia, with model Samantha Burke, whom he dated briefly in 2008, is 5.

"It's a strange statement to see her making," said one website. Another called it "problematic, on several levels," "offensive to plus-size humans," and "condescending to those who are — or have felt like — the designated ugly fat friend."
In fact, the opposite is the case. Kody Keplinger, who wrote the novel The DUFF upon which the new movie is based and is credited for popularizing the term, applauds Jenner's statement. The way she sees it, such a move is empowering for everyone.
"I thought [Kylie wearing the shirt] was so badass. It was weird that it was controversial," Keplinger tells Yahoo. "People were so concerned that she had self-esteem issues or something. I'm like, 'No, that's not the point. The point is that even someone as beautiful as Kylie Jenner could feel like the DUFF because we've all felt like that."
When it comes to expressing their affection for each other, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have gone far beyond exhibits of PDA and exchanging rings.
The pair, who were married in a civil ceremony earlier this week and will walk down a more formal aisle this weekend, are known for at least attempting to keep their personal lives personal, but they've broken that rule more than a few times when asked about each other.
Here are the best of their heart-melters:
1. For Johnny, she's the one person to rule them all.
2. Few people can pull of old Hollywood glamour quite like Amber, and we're not the only ones who've noticed.
3. Amber's living in a fantasy.
4. Ouch! Don't hurt yourself on Amber's intellect, Johnny.
5. You're saying she's more than just an extremely pretty face?
6. Can't disagree with you there, Amber.
If there's anything we've learned this week, it's that photo shoots can kill. And, yes, we mean that both figuratively and literally.
One day after the world gasped at Rihanna's daring swimming-with-sharks routine for Harper's Bazaar , Vanity Fair has released their s-s-s-scary shot of a nude Jennifer Lawrence wrapped in a huge Colombian red-tailed boa constrictor.
To make matters even more horrifying, the magazine admits that the 24-year-old Hunger Games actress "only became uncomfortable when the snake took a fancy to her neck." Yikes!
You know what's tastier than Valentine's Day? A good zinger.

While you were busy trying to decide if Katy Perry's fire costume during her Super Bowl halftime performance looked more like Guy Fieri or Will Ferrell in Blades of Glory , someone else was already declaring themselves a winner.
"I wore it better," Austin Powers star Verne Troyer noted across Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit, along with a side-by-side comparison of Perry's dancing sharks to the incredibly special costume he wore for Shark Week last year.
Snoop Dogg also wanted to inject himself into the sharkosphere:
If you were wondering that was me in tha Shark costume !!

After months of speculation and tons of baggy clothes, Justin Timberlake celebrated his 34th birthday by finally confirming that he and wife Jessica Biel are expecting their first child together.
"Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I'm getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN'T WAIT," he wrote Saturday on Instagram alongside an image of himself kissing his wife's sizeable belly. "#BoyOrGirl #YouNeverKnow #WeDontEvenKnow #WeAreTakingBets," he added.
Biel, 32, has been known for her chic sense of style that shows off her killer bod for ages, so when she started wearing loose-fitting clothing several months ago, tabloid speculation about the couple, who were married in October 2012, reached new heights. Of course, some paparazzi images of the actress have shown hints of a bump — we even have a whole slideshow of them — but the pair remained mum.
"Jessica is awesome, and Justin is a kid at heart," he added when asked about the parents-to-be. "[They'll have] fun."

We've already had the pleasure of seeing Catherine Zeta-Jones dress like an emoji, but what about emojis dressing like celebrities?
Rapper-artist Yung Jake is filling that void with panache, using clouds, pigs, peaches, and the like to create portraits of stars including Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian, Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, and Wiz Khalifa.

Yung Jake isn't a man of many words when he shares his work on Twitter, but we do know he isn't working alone — he's using Emoji.ink to create these visions. In other words, you can give it a go, too.
Smiley faces have never looked so good.
