‘Saved by the Bell’ nail polishes debut 19 years after the show ends

Time out — just like Zack Morris used to say when he wanted to freeze time on the awesome '90s teen sitcom "Saved by the Bell." Can we please talk about the fact that Zack, Kelly Kapowski, Jessie Spano, and the whole Bayside High gang are back in a big way? In the latest development, Wet 'N Wild reportedly has introduced a line of — are you ready for this? — "Saved by the Bell" nail polishes. The neon shades, which are very 2012, are named after characters from a show that originally aired from 1989 to 1993! Fans can now paint their nails Chick Magnet Zack blue, Pom Pom Kelly pink, Straight A Jessie orange, Pin 'Em Slater yellow, Fashionista Lisa purple, and Nerd Alert Screech green. What, no Cheesy Jokester Mr. Belding yellow or Leather Jacket Tori black? The nail polishes that are available have been spotted by fashion bloggers at drugstores for $0.99 each.

Interestingly enough, the "Saved by the Bell" cast has been in the news a lot lately. On Monday, Tiffani Thiessen made headlines when she dished to Howard Stern about the bad blood between her and her former "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-star Jennier Garth. At one time, the women were such close friends that Thiessen was a bridesmaid in Garth's 2001 wedding to "Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli. "It's funny, our relationship started really rough and ended the way it started," Thiessen said on Stern's Sirius XM radio show, adding that she was the one who was hurt when they had a falling out. "It's water under the bridge ... I've moved on. I wish her well." Thiessen also mentioned her disdain for former "Saved by the Bell" co-star Dustin Diamond, who wrote a 2009 tell-all in which he claimed that she slept with many of the men on their show's set. "Most of it is untrue, from what I can tell," she said.

The same day as Thiessen's radio interview, Elizabeth Berkley revealed that her first child, son Sky Cole, was born on July 20. "I am moved to share the birth of our new baby boy Sky Cole Lauren," Berkley, who's been married to Greg Lauren since 2003, posted on Twitter. "Thank u for your beautiful wishes and blessings. We r grateful!" Not to be outdone, "Franklin & Bash" star Mark-Paul Gosselaar married advertising executive Catriona McGinn in Santa Ynez, California, on July 28. "Extra" host Mario Lopez recently caused a stir when he sported gold body paint and little else in a photo shoot to promote his new underwear line, MaLo. And last, but not least, Lark Voorhies raised eyebrows when she made an appearance on omg!'s own "The Yo Show" in May looking a little different than her fans may have remembered. OK, Dustin Diamond, you're up!
