Olivia Wilde selling L.A. home she bought last year

Olivia Wilde seems to have a bit of trouble making up her mind when it comes to deciding where she wants to live. Shortly after splitting from her husband of nearly a decade in early 2011, she put the couple's Venice, California, home on the market for more than $3 million just a year after buying the property. The "Cowboys and Aliens" star then moved across town to a house she purchased in the L.A. enclave of Los Feliz in March 2011. Now, less than a year and a half after moving in, she's putting the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Spanish villa on the market for $2.495 million.

According to real estate website Redfin, the property is on one of Los Feliz's most desirable streets. The home, built in 1929, contains a mix of vintage décor, like wood floors, stained glass, an original bar, and iron fixtures, as well as updated features including a media room, stainless steel appliances, and security camera surveillance system. The 28-year-old had been trying to rent out the house for $11,000 but was unsuccessful and decided to put it up for sale. (She paid $2.295 million for it in 2011, according to the blog The Real Estalker.) Wilde has now, apparently, changed coasts to be with her boyfriend, "SNL" castmember Jason Sudeikis, in New York. "I've been decorating our new apartment. That's a lot of what I do," she recently told USA Today. "I'm so domestic."

After moving into three homes in 18 months, we're sure decorating comes naturally by now.
