A-Line: Celebrity StyleNicole Richie’s a Bag Lady
Nicole Richie's fashion company is growing as quickly as her family with Joel Madden! The mother of two designs a maternity line for A Pea in the Pod, recently launched clothing label Winter Kate, and her House of Harlow 1960 line of apparel and accessories is expanding to include sunglasses and footwear this year. And if you think the 28-year-old doesn't have enough on her plate, the former "Simple Life" star is planning to unveil a collection of handbags in spring 2011 as well. Richie's new range will have 40-50 different styles to choose from, with the bags priced from $295-$595. Not exactly what I'd call a bargain, but fashion doesn't always come cheap -- unless you're shopping at Forever 21.
Rick Cytrynbaum, co-founder of Majestic Mills -- who produces House of Harlow 1960 accessories as well as Winter Kate clothing -- told Women's Wear Daily that the handbags are "very, very, very Nicole. If you look at the clothing and you look at the footwear, you get an idea of what the bags are going to be."
