J. Simp Misses the Mark in NYC

Jessica Simpson was snapped in New York last night wearing an asymmetrical print dress and zip-front high-heeled gladiator sandals. Asymmetrical is a tough look to pull off, especially if, like Jess, you're shorter than 5'8". But that's just one of the sexy singer's problems when it comes to this ensemble.

The silky frock, which kind of resembles a trash bag, does absolutely nothing for her fabulous figure. And while I love the shoes, they are simply too clunky for this particular dress. Maybe they'd look cuter paired with a shorter skirt or something more tailored?

Basically, Jessica is just too hot for this dowdy dress! But kudos to her for sporting the best accessory: a big smile. Maybe she's thinking about her BF Tony Romo. Awwwww...
