Glamour’s 50 Most Glam Women of 2010

How much more gorgeous can you get? Glamour magazine covers every possible angle of glam -- from gutsy fashion choices to gamine beauties -- in their April 2010 issue, and the results are spectacular. Readers cast 121,000 votes, and Glamour listened. The top picks for Most Glam New Guard? Glamour's April cover girls Leighton Meester, Amanda Seyfried, and Zoe Saldana.

Leighton Meester, "Most Stylish"
The "Gossip Girl" shares her passion for fashion, "I see what I like from the [runway], but it's about mixing and matching. Daily life shouldn't be a fashion show all the time." And when asked if she sees a wedding in her future, Meester laughs, "If [marriage] was important to somebody I loved, maybe I'd think about it, but I don't think that I'm the type. It's not for me. I wouldn't mind living together. [But] eventually I'll have to get a separate house for my shoes!"

Amanda Seyfried, "Most Down-to-Earth"
Best known for her scene-stealing turn in "Mamma Mia!", Seyfried reveals a distinctly non-Hollywood appreciation of beauty, defining glamour as "something that is beautiful, inspired and ... real." The pale beauty also admits she's not a huge fan of the Hollywood party scene. "It's sad actually, because my anxiety keeps me from enjoying things as much as I should at this age."

Zoe Saldana, "Most Elegant"
"Glamour is about feeling good in your own skin," say Saldana, who embodied a beautiful 10-foot-tall blue alien "Avatar." When asked what she plans to do next in life, she revealed: "I want to have more sex, travel more, drink more wine, and love life."
