On July 24th, Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 46th birthday. Stepping out in an revealing Bao Tranchi dress that featured sheer panels, cut-outs and very little fabric, J. Lo proved that some things really do get better with age.

In an effort to get the rest of us up to speed, she recently launched the #BeTheGirl challenge, which encourages fans to help her combat obesity in America. “I’m asking the women of America to join me this spring in the #BeTheGirl challenge so together we can work, motivate, and empower each other to be the best version of ourselves,” she told Shape magazine. As part of the challenge she is offering a free app with healthy recipes, personalized fitness plans and nutritions tips. Turns out looking like J. Lo may be easier than we thought.
