If ever a trailer screamed “Emmys!,” it’s the following star-studded, first full-length preview for HBO’s adaptation of Larry Kramer’s Tony Award-winning play The Normal Heart.

The film, airing May 25 at 9/8c, features an impressive cast that includes Mark Ruffalo (The Avengers), Matt Bomer (White Collar), Taylor Kitsch (Friday Night Lights), Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory) and Julia Roberts (August: Osage County).
Directed by Glee boss Ryan Murphy, Heart focuses on the rise of the HIV-AIDS epidemic in the 1980s from the perspective of activist Ned Weeks (played by Ruffalo).

* Bret Harrison (Breaking In, V, Reaper) has joined ABC’s straight-to-series drama The Astronaut Wives Club as hotshot spacewalker Gordon “Gordo” Cooper, per The Hollywood Reporter.
