Tori Spelling Sues Benihana Over Burns Sustained After Falling on Grill

In new documents obtained by ET, Tori Spelling is alleging that she endured "deep second and third degree burns" at chain restaurant Benihana after her arm accidentally fell on one of the grills.

According to the lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Spelling claims the incident occurred at the Benihana restaurant in Encino, California (just outside of Los Angeles) back in April on Easter Sunday. The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star was dining with her husband Dean McDermott and their children Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn.

ET confirmed in April that Spelling was hospitalized after tripping and falling on a hot hibachi grill. The 42-year-old actress underwent skin grafts later that week. The lawsuit alleges that her injuries also required surgery.

While at the restaurant, Spelling did share an Instagram, writing: "At #Easter lunch with my amazing family and extended family. Loving on my precious nephew Boz! @imdeanmcdermott @scoutmasterson @thebillhorn @sethchernoff #TheFamilyYouChooseToCreateIsEverything."
