A Teenager Was Arrested For Posting Eminem Lyrics On Instagram

Police found guns and a bulletproof vest at the teenager's home.

Fresno police arrested a teenager earlier this week after the teen posted lyrics to Eminem's song "I'm Back," which made reference to the 1999 Columbine High School shooting in Colorado. Officials from San Joaquin High School notified police when they were alerted of the Instagram post, and classes at the school were then canceled on Tuesday for precautionary reasons.

The student was then arrested on charges of making terrorist threats and disrupting a school activity. Upon a search of the boy's home, police found a number of guns, ammunition, and a bulletproof vest, which were believed to be apart of a threat that was going to be carried out. The student is currently being held in juvenile detention, while his family claims that his Instagram page was hacked. The lyrics from Eminem's song "I'm Back" that were posted can be read below.

“I take seven kids from Columbine, stand ’em all in a line, add an AK-47, a revolver, a nine, a MAC-11 and it oughtta solve the problem of mine. And that’s a whole school of bullies shot up all at one time. I’m just like Shady and just as crazy as the world was over this whole Y2K thing.”
