Shakira only gave birth to baby Milan three months ago, but she's already working hard to drop the baby weight she gained while pregnant. Of course, the 38-year-old is doing a lot of heavy workouts, including the Latin fitness craze known as Zumba.
"I'm still a few pounds over!" she told US Weekly earlier this week. "Zumba has been pretty great for me even during pregnancy. I did it almost until the end."
The funny thing? Many Zumba routines are choreographed to the Colombian singer's music, so she's probably working out to her own voice!
The mentor on "The Voice" isn't the only celebrity to comment on the workout benefits of the dance-based fitness classes.
Vivica A. Fox
Actress Vivica A. Fox was one of Hollywood's early converts to Zumba. She even appeared in an early infomercial for the brand.
"Zumba is perfect for my lifestyle. You're working out and you almost feel like you're not working out," she said in the DVD ad.

Jennifer Lopez is another singing dance queen who swears by Zumba as a way to get fit and unwind. The mom of Max and Emme talked about the importance of fitness to stay sane as a mother.
"We take care of a lot of people, and we can't forget to take care of ourselves," she told If that means once a week you're going to go off without the kids or without anybody and just go shoe shopping… or get a facial even if your sister thinks that's selfish, or join a Zumba class, or take a painting class or whatever, you've just got to do it," she told RedBook.
Wise words, J.Lo!
Former "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks went from an adorable teen to a sexy adult woman in just a couple of short years, thanks to her weight loss.
And how did she do it? With the help of Zumba, she said.
"I've been hiking and I've done a couple of runs," she told US Weekly in 2011. "I also do Zumba. It's so much fun!"
Kirstie Alley famously danced off several excess pounds when she appeared on "Dancing With the Stars" in 2011. The love of dance stuck with her and now she gets her fix in with Zumba.
She even gets in a few classes at a Wichita, Kansas, YMCA - her sister teaches classes there.
"My resolution this year is to have fun when I work out," she said in 2011.
We'd say that's one resolution that's easy to keep with Zumba.
