Sandra Bullock stars in a movie called "The Heat," so it's not surprising that she's being put in the hot seat -- the actress was recently asked to choose her hottest costar of all time.
However, she refused to pick a Hollywood hunk off an impressive list that includes George Clooney, Ryan Gosling, Ryan Reynolds, Bradley Cooper, and Keanu Reeves. She told BANG Showbiz that all her male co-stars are "equally hot and amazing," but it seems that none of them can compare to her female co-star in buddy cop comedy "The Heat." Bullock gushed, ''Melissa McCarthy's the hottest co-star of all time! Melissa McCarthy is my hottest co-star.''
It's not hard to see why Sandra thinks that Melissa is so amazing -- she and the "Bridesmaids" star have become so close that their kids even play together. However, maybe Bullock should feel a little bit guilty about playing favorites since her male co-stars have said so many nice things about her over the years.
The actress got even closer to her long-time pal George Clooney in the upcoming movie "Gravity" -- according to Sandra, it features lots of "space sex." George ditched his usual snarkiness to tell USA Today this about working with the actress: "She is beautiful in it. We have known each for way over 20 years. It's fun to work with her."
Bullock's relationship with her "Murder by Numbers" co-star didn't work out, but Ryan Gosling still has a soft spot for his ex. According to Us Weekly, he proclaimed that Sandra Bullock and Rachel McAdams were "two of the greatest girlfriends of all time" during a 2011 interview with The Times. He went on to say, "I haven't met anybody who could top them" (sorry, Eva Mendes).
Ryan Reynolds also had plenty of praise for his pal after working with her in "The Proposal." He said of Sandra's nude scene, "It's a good situation to be in, seeing her naked, believe me. Sandra's no slob, that's for sure!"
Bradley Cooper wasn't so lucky when he worked with Bullock in "All About Steve" -- he complained about the comedy's lack of nude scenes during an interview with Parade magazine. "At least we got sort of a love scene...I still made contact," he said. "Actually, Sandra was attacking me physically in [one] scene. There's just something in her eyes when she's on top of me saying, 'I'm going to eat you like a lion,' that's so funny. But I wouldn't have minded going a little further."
Then there's Sandra's "Speed" co-star Keanu Reeves, who teamed up with the actress a second time in "The Lake House." During a 2006 interview with People, he talked about how much Bullock had changed since she auditioned for an action movie about a bus with a bomb on it. "That girl is in this woman. This wonderful, energetic, positive, talented person," he gushed (and surely Sandra blushed).
So Melissa McCarthy should be extremely flattered that an actress who is so admired chose her as her hottest co-star, but we still wish Sandra would have also picked her favorite guy. Since the sweet star refused to do it, you'll just have to sound off on which actor you like best in the comments.
