New Spider-Man Tom Holland Will Sling Webs In Captain America: Civil War

Tom Holland will be making his debut performance in his role as the new Spider-Man in ‘Captain America: Civil War’, it’s been confirmed.

Holland, who was announced as the new Spidey earlier week, will be heading to the movie’s set in Georgia shortly.

Marvel boss Kevin Feige dropped the news during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

Holland will join Chris Evan’s Cap, Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man, and Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow from the Marvel Comics Universe in the third 'Captain America’ movie.

It will find the heroes tussling with politics, when government begins the attempt to curb their power.

The movie will also star a wealth of other Marvel regulars, including Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan and Elizabeth Olson, while MCU newcomer Paul Rudd will also make a cameo as Ant-Man.

Meanwhile, Daniel Bruhl will play the villainous Baron Zemo, with Chadwick Boseman debuting as Black Panther.

The movie is due out on May 6, 2016.
