Miley Cyrus's risqué "Wrecking Ball" music video got a hilarious makeover, courtesy of comedy queen Betty White.
In a promo for her prank show, "Off Their Rockers," Betty traded her rocker for a wrecking ball of her own. But don't worry -- the golden gal kept her clothes on. She also opted to give her sledgehammer a sweet smooch instead of licking it like an ice cream cone, and she tastefully waived her giant foam finger around instead of "degrading" it like Miley did at the MTV Video Music Awards. The creator of the giant foam finger will be pleased with Betty's playful parody.
Betty explained her Miley spoof by saying, "I was asked to help promote my show, 'Off Their Rockers,' which is coming to Lifetime, so I got some ideas from recent pop culture events that really got the kids talking."
Betty White isn't the only celeb who couldn't resist parodying Miley. Here's a look at how a few other stars spoofed her "Wrecking Ball" video:
This wrestler got in on the Miley mania to promote his new website, hostmania.com. He also didn't get completely naked to ride his wrecking ball, but he did put on a tiny black thong to make the video more memorable. If you watch it and need some eye bleach, then you might want to check out the adorable "Wrecking Ball" parody starring a hedgehog. Hulk's video got us thinking -- why isn't there a wrestler who uses a sledgehammer and a wrecking ball to take down opponents? He could wear a nude-colored bikini and call himself the De-Miley-ition Man.
During his light-night talk show, Conan claimed that Miley's video shouldn't just be considered controversial because of all the nudity featured in it -- he revealed that Miley might have stolen the idea for the music video from a local commercial airing in the Chicago area. Of course he was just joking, but it's easy to see why Miley's music video would make such a great ad -- Conan's spoof commercial was all about "knocking down prices" and taking "a sledgehammer to high interest rates." Sadly, Conan wasn't gutsy enough to strip down to his own tighty whities to star in the spoof.
Okay, so this Oscar-winning actor didn't actually hop on a wrecking ball, either. However, some genius decided to super-impose Nick's face over Miley's mug in the "Wrecking Ball" video, and the result is 8 seconds of pure mind-melting magic. Cage has been a time-traveling vampire, a Skittle, and a cake-loving cartoon character, so why can't he be a female pop star?
