Miley Cyrus Doesn’t Want To Be Part Of Taylor Swift’s ‘Squad’: ‘I Like People Who Are Living Real Lives’

Taylor Swift has become as famous for her ‘squad’ as she is for her singing, with the star collecting female celeb pals like it’s going out of fashion.

However, there is one star who won’t be signing up to be a part of TayTay’s crew any time soon - Miley Cyrus, who likes her friends to be ‘real people’, thank you very much.

Ooft, sassy.

After Taylor called on her Bad Blood crew, including Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss, and Selena Gomez, to join her on MTV’s Video Music Awards’ red carpet at the ceremony on Sunday, Miley had a natter with New York Times newspaper about why she most certainly will not be buddying up with them.

Speaking to the publication, the 22 year old explained: “I’m not trying to be in the squad.

“None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives, because I’m inspired by them.”

Well, you can’t exactly argue with that, can you?

Although that’s not to say that the members of Taylor’s squad aren’t equally inspiring, of course.

The star also opened up about her sexuality while chatting to NY Times, sharing: “I feel very gender-fluid. For a long time I didn’t understand my own sexuality. I would get really frustrated and think I’d never understand what I am, because I can’t even figure out if I’m feeling more like a girl or boy.

“It took me talking to enough trans people to realise that I didn’t ever have to decide on one.”

Exactly, babez - preach it…. And in the meantime, we kind of want to be a member of Miley’s gang…
