Lea Michele is grieving the sudden loss of her boyfriend (and "Glee" co-star), Cory Monteith.
Though the 26-year-old actress has yet to personally speak out following Cory's death on Saturday, a rep for the actress issued a statement on Sunday.
"We ask that everyone kindly respect Lea's privacy during this devastating time," the actress' rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood.
Lea was a source of support for Cory when he voluntarily entered a rehab program for substance abuse in late March.
"I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this," she said at the time. "I am grateful and proud he made this decision."
When the actor had finished treatment, the couple was seen grinning and holding hands at Los Angeles International Airport before heading off on vacation together.
"Today is a great day:)" she Tweeted following Cory's return from rehab earlier this year. "Love you all! Xo."
Lea also wished her beau a happy birthday on May 11, Tweeting, "A very happy birthday to the best guy I know Mr. @CoryMonteith :) Thanks for making me feel like the luckiest girl in the world every day.xo."
