Just a few months after her wedding, reality star Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce from husband Kris Humphries. The couple just aren't getting along. TV host and producer Ryan Seacrest confirmed via Twitter that the split is happening. He should know - the 36-year-old is a producer on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
So now that the just married star is soon to be divorced, what should she do next?
Spend some time with her ex. It's clear that the brunette beauty and ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush have some unfinished business. The pair was on-again, off-again while they were dating, and even after the couple finally split for good, many thought they would get back together. Now that Kim is going to be single, it might be a good time to rekindle a relationship that many thought would end up going the long haul. It's clear that the 31-year-old felt that she made a mistake by marrying a man she'd only dated for a short amount of time. Maybe she'll find real love with an old flame that she knows well.
Write a book. After her second divorce, the businesswoman and fashion designer should have more than enough life experience to fill a couple hundred pages. She should write a memoir about her life in the spotlight. Though the media savvy star has already collaborated with sisters Kourtney and Khloe to write a book called Kardashian Konfidential, we'd love to read Kim's detailed accounts of the most controversial moments in her life - it's a guaranteed best-seller. I predict a book from the reality-TV queen within the next year.
Go under the radar. When some stars go through difficult times in their lives, they take to the television, giving interview after interview about how tough it is to walk in their shoes. Other stars retreat from the spotlight, going into hiding for weeks or months at a time, avoiding red carpets and spending time alone, getting back on their feet. While we predict that the outspoken star will be all over television talking about her divorce for the next few weeks, it might be better for her sanity if she took a few steps back and kept to herself. A nice long vacation with no cameras following her around might be just what the star needs.
What do you think? What should Kim do now that she's kicking Kris to the curb?
