Kendall Jenner is making major strides in the modeling world. The 18-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star strutted her stuff for Marc Jacobs at New York Fashion Week on Thursday, Feb. 13, leaving little to the imagination in a completely sheer top that exposed her bare breasts underneath.
Jenner sashayed down the catwalk in a see-through shirt (and no bra!), tucked into cropped riding pants over brown tights and ankle boots. Her hair was styled in a blunt-cut bob, and her eyebrows had been bleached to blend in with her pale face. (See other stars who've revealed a lot.)
"I just recently turned 18, so this [Marc Jacobs show] is my big kick-off to start and grow my career," she told beauty website Into the Gloss. "The New York fashion scene is crazy, madness, but I love the energy. I love everything about it -- like the hair and makeup today, it's incredible," she gushed. "I've never had my eyebrows bleached; I don't even look like myself!"
Jenner's Marc Jacobs look is indeed different from the young, girly look she rocked when she made her runway debut at age 15 during Sherri Hill's Spring 2012 Fashion Week presentation. But it's not the first time she's dared to bare.
In November, the model shared a racy photo of herself in a black, see-through sweater, which some Instagram commenters criticized as too revealing. Her sister Khloe Kardashian came to her defense, tweeting, "I love seeing all of these haters' comments. Naomi [Campbell], Kate [Moss], Cindy [Crawford]...All fabulous models...Models and photographers take beautiful artistic images. And I don't hear you birds chirp then. Sit down and enjoy the view! #SorryNotSorry."
Kim Kardashian has also expressed support for her sister's modeling career. Sharing a picture of Jenner on the runway for Marc Jacobs, she wrote, "Proudest sister ever!!!! @KendallJenner I love watching you live your dream!"
