The mom of four (!) has to stay in shape for all those glam gowns she wears for her "Dancing With the Stars" hosting gig. But how does Brooke Burke-Charvet do it? The star told Shape that her family follows a Mediterranean diet (lean grilled beef, chicken, fish, salads, vegetables, and olive oil) and she eats five small meals a day. One other thing: She never skips working out."I get on the treadmill, put it at a 15 percent incline and walk at about 3.5 miles per hour," she says. "I'm also crazy about Pilates Plus, which I do three times a week." Hey, no one said you can get a body like that for free!
The Oscar winner got her pre-baby body back quickly after giving birth to daughter Nahla four years ago. So what's her secret? According to Us Weekly, she takes in four-day-a week, 60 minute workouts with a trainer and supplements her meals with energy drinks and protein drinks from West Hollywood's Earth Bar. And because she's diabetic, Halle eats five small meals a day to keep her blood sugar up, opting for healthy salads, fish and soups.
When her kids were little, the busy mom of Willow and Jaden Smith told Women's Health she ditched the gym and switched to yoga and playing outdoor sports with her kids. But more recent pics of the star reveal an ultra toned body and bodybuilder biceps. In 2010 Jada told Us Weekly, "If I had my way, I'd wear jewelry, a great pair of heels and nothing else." The bikini-clad mom of 4-year old twins Max and Emme was recently photographed lounging in Rio de Janeiro with boyfriend Casper Smart, but back when she was eight months postpartum she was laughing at her not-so-toned belly. In 2011 she told "Extra" she does 90 to 120 minute sessions of The Tracy Anderson Method and dabbles in the Optimal Cleanse when "I feel like I need a break from eating bad."
Sure she was born with the model gene, but Heidi Klum has also given birth four times! The "America's Next Top Model" host told Glamour, "As girls, we all have the same issues: the stomach, the love handles and the thighs," but she gets her cardio in from chasing after her young kids. She also forgoes processed foods and opts for fresh veggies and home cooked meals. Klum's personal trainer, Andrea Orbeck said, "When Heidi's crunched for time, she runs hills!"
