Bruce Jenner’s Latest Diane Sawyer Interview Promo: It’s About The Family
The drumbeat of promotion ahead Diane Sawyer’s two-hour interview of former Olympian/current reality-show fixture Bruce Jenner continues with this just-released promo. In it, Jenner tells Sawyer that his family members are “the only ones I’m concerned with.”
Jenner, a gold-medal decathlete in the 1976 Olympics who has six biological children and four more stepchildren from the Kardashian clan, is believed to be transitioning his gender to a woman, though he’s had no official comment on the widespread speculation.
In the promo, he tells Sawyer that his long and winding journey through life “made me who I am. My whole life has been getting me ready for this.”
The two-hour interview will air in a special edition of ABC News’ 20/20 beginning at 9 pm EDT, April 24.
