But Cavallari's not the only former "Hills" star with a new baby — er, project! Her one-time arch-nemesis Lauren Conrad (sorry Kristin, I'm Team LC all the way!) has debuted the fall designs for her LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's collection. This season, the line features floral dresses, brightly colored skinny jeans, a tuxedo blazer, and faux-leather pants. Some stores are already stocking the clothes, but they'll reportedly continue to roll out through October. Just last month, the L.A. Candy author launched her BlueAvocado xo(eco) collection of "sustainable and reusable lifestyle products" that includes a washable lunch tote, travel beauty kit, makeup brushes, and more.

One of Conrad's fashionable friends, Whitney Port, is gearing up to present her Whitney Eve Spring 2013 collection at New York Fashion Week next month. However, she announced last week that this time when she hits the runway, the show will be fan-funded. Port's seeking $50,000 in donations from the public, and is offering prizes as an incentive. So, for instance, fans who donate $5 to Port's cause will receive her "undying love" and something that everyone can see: a tweet from Port's Twitter account. For a $250 donation, fans can visit the NYC headquarters of Whitney Eve just before the big show.

In sadder "Hills" alum news, Heidi Montag recently resurfaced to talk — once again — about how she regrets undergoing 10 plastic surgeries in one day back in 2010. "I really hate talking about it now because it was so long ago," she revealed in an interview with Celebuzz. "I was a much different person back then to who I am now. I didn't realize how much of 'The Hills' — and going through that — would define who I am." The reality star, who's only 25 but seems like she's been around forever, added that she's optimistic about the future. "I'm really looking forward to the next phase in my life," Montag said. "I know I'll never be able to get away from a lot of it, but I won't give up trying to prove I'm more than just that."
The name of Montag's sister-in-law Stephanie Pratt came up Tuesday after her boyfriend Julien Chabbott made an incredibly stupid move on the streets of NYC. When he saw a police officer writing a parking ticket for his $260,000 sports car, he jumped in it and tried to drive off, running over the cop's foot! Chabbott was imemdiately arrested, and has been charged with assault, vehicular assault, disorderly conduct, and obstruction, according to Reuters. If convicted, he could face up to four years in jail. Pratt makes an appearance at about 1:07 in a video of the incident.
Sigh. All that drama almost makes you miss Justin Bobby, doesn't it? Almost.
