Too Cute! Jessica Simpson and CaCee Cobb's Adorable Sons Enjoy a Play Date
Like mothers, like sons! Jessica Simpson and her best friend, CaCee Cobb, are witnessing the beginnings of another beautiful friendship.
The women, longtime pals as this prom photo will tell you, enjoyed a play date with their sons over the weekend. New bride Jessica captured the moment with a snapshot showing her towheaded tot, Ace, playing with some fringy home décor alongside Cobb's curly-haired little guy, Rocco Faison (son of Scrubs alum Donald Faison). Both tykes look as happy as can be.
Simpson captioned the photo, very simply: "Roc and Ace."
Simpson, 34, and her one-time personal assistant, 36, have been urging their sons to be besties — just like them. Five months back, when the babies were still in the crawling phase, the fashionista posted photos of the bibbed boys at play, predicting, "BFFs in the making." Two months after that, when they were first sitting up, they rub-a-dub-dub shared a tub — and Simpson captured another adorable moment which included Ace tugging on Rocco's ear. For the record, Roc didn't mind, smiling broadly for the photo.
Earlier this month, Cobb was a bridesmaid in Simpson's wedding to Eric Johnson, making us hope that this is the start of a long-lasting friendship for their offspring that will span decades.
