We didn't see this one coming.
When the ladies of "The Talk" said they were going to reveal intimate secrets as part of their Season 4 premiere week, we admit that we were a bit skeptical.
Sure enough, Sharon Osbourne, 60, lived up to her promise by dropping one heckuva a bombshell: She once had a fling with Jay Leno, before either of them were married to their current spouses.
"Let's cut to when I was 25. I had just moved to America. I didn't know many people. Remember 25, I had met my husband but we weren't together, we were just friends," Osbourne began.
"I'm here, I didn't have a boyfriend. I never did date a lot at that time anyways, because I was not very dateable.
"My friend worked at this place and said you have to come down to this club, where I work because it's full of men.
"So, I come down to this club and it is full of men performing. And this one person, I think he's very nice, very funny. So, I said to my friend, 'I like him,' and she goes, 'I've got his number.' So, I said, 'We are going to prank call him!'
"So, we prank called him, and he liked my voice. Then I kept calling. I said I had the wrong number, but I kept him talking with my English accent.
"One thing led to another … he came to my house and met me, and then we had a little fling. And the 'fling' was more 'fling' for me, and not 'fling' enough for him. Because a couple of months into it, he brought around his real love of his life for me to meet. She was lovely. He took me to Fatburger and they showed me around town … Seriously, I had never been to Fatburger and I loved it! They were so kind to me and continued a friendship over the years.
"And that man that I had a 'flingy wingy' with was Jay Leno."
"You say a 'flingy wingy,'" co-host Julie Chen noted. "You mean you had sex with Jay Leno?"
"Was it good?" Sheryl Underwood asked.
"It was so long ago, I can't remember," Sharon laughed. "One cannot remember that long ago!"
Omg! has reached out to Jay Leno's rep for comment but has yet to receive a response. Our fingers are still crossed that "The Tonight Show" host will chime in with something funny to say regarding their past relationship.
