Already have a lot of feelings about 17-year-old Kylie Jenner throwing down $2.7 million for her first house? Just wait until you hear the kind of money she is going to have to decorate it with.

Kris Jenner just got her girls, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie a new four-year, $100 million deal at the E! network, sources close to the family tell Yahoo. That means you get at least four more seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians and their spinoff shows. Get excited! (E! has declined to confirm the financials of the deal and is downplaying the $100 million figure.)

That nice chunk of change will come in handy for the youngest Jenner, Kylie, who just purchased a new five bedroom party pad in The Oaks, the same gated community in Calabasas, California, where Kourtney and Khloé live.

So how might she put that cash to use? Kris talked to E! News about how Kylie plans to decorate.

"Kylie is more edgy. She likes more blacks and grays," the matriarch said. "You know she completely has her own style… Kylie has her own vision on how she wants her home to look. She has a few months now until she moves in, to really take her time and get it together... so she will really embrace that time... and get really creative. Kylie is really excited!"

Since Kylie is clearly getting a raise, let's hope we get more than a "moving out" storyline. There are plenty more interesting things going on… just ask Tyga.
