Justin Bieber Resurfaces in Panama Two Days After DUI Arrest

If you were concerned about Justin Bieber following his arrest in Miami on Thursday, don't be.

Several media outlets — and fans — have confirmed that the 19-year-old pop star is now relaxing in Panama, where he can presumably drink his worries away without breaking any laws since the drinking age in the Central American country is 18.

Bieber was spotted on Saturday hanging with his entourage in Punta Chame, a beach town on the Gulf of Panama. Justin's new lady friend, Chantel Jeffries, 21, who was with him in his rented Lamborghini at the time of his arrest, was also in tow. The two looked very couple-like as they strolled along the sand.

Justin probably needed a vacation from his vacation in Miami last week, which ended on a sour note when he was pulled over by police early Thursday morning for drag racing and arrested for DUI, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired driver's license.

During a press conference, a police spokesperson said Justin admitted to officers that he had been drinking, smoking pot, and had taken prescription medication prior to his arrest.

Bieber, who is also under investigation for allegedly throwing eggs at his neighbor's Calabasas, Calif., home and causing more than $20,000 in damages, spent several hours in jail, but was released on $2,500 bail after appearing before a judge. Once sprung from the slammer, he waved to his many squealing fans from the top of an SUV.

On Saturday, Beliebers were equally excited when they spotted him at a Panama airport. One shared video of Justin and his crew tossing around a football, while another posted footage of him kicking a soccer ball on the beach with friends.

Though the music superstar disappointed many of his young fans with his actions last week, it doesn't look like the Biebs is too stressed about the situation.
