Julia Roberts may be an international superstar thanks to roles in iconic films like "Pretty Woman" and "Notting Hill," but at home, she's just a mommy like the rest of us.
The 46-year-old actress, who stars in "August: Osage County" next month alongside Meryl Streep, recently opened up to the Hollywood Reporter about trying to have a normal family life despite the spotlight, but sometimes the actress in her creeps in. "I try to perform bedtime stories, but my kids always say, 'Do it in your mommy voice!'" she said. We guess Hazel, Finn, and Henry don't exactly know an Oscar-worthy performance when they see it, but we'll let it slide.
The brunette beauty also recently sat down with "omg! Insider" and admitted that her kids don't really get the fame thing. "The whole name 'Julia Roberts' is a little confusing to them. Because it's not my name," she said. "They say, 'Why do so many people call you that name?' It's a little puzzling still."
Are you surprised Julia's kids don't realize just how famous she really is … or are you impressed at how well she's managed to keep them from the spotlight?
