Blake Lively really has it all: a smokin' hot husband in Ryan Reynolds, a sweet new gig as the new face of L'Oreal, amazing hair, and a body to die for. Only, she doesn't have to die for that body at all. In fact, there's only one word that describes her workout regimen.
Yes, you read that correctly. The blond beauty recently revealed to Vogue Paris that when it comes to her fitness routine, she has "none."
"I'm lucky to have an active lifestyle, I'm always on the go," the 26-year-old said. "I don't need to have a [trainer] or pay attention to what I eat. I can't start my day without a cup of hot milk chocolate or finish without crunching a few dark chocolate squares. It's good for my morale."
It's good for our morales too, but not our waistlines. Apparently, there's no justice in the world, because this isn't the first time the sexy star has dished about her diet (or lack thereof). She told Us Weekly in June 2012, "I eat cupcakes and I don't work out! But if you ask me in 10 years, I'm going to regret answering that way now … I don't even drink water. It's terrible!"
