Parsons just this month plunked down nearly $6.375 million for the property, where he'll reside with his partner of more than a decade, graphic designer Todd Spiewak, and their dogs, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Meanwhile, "Twilight" star Pattinson has reportedly moved on by renting a five bedroom, six bathroom residence in a gated community of Beverly Hills. The 27-year-old Brit is leaving behind digs in the trendy L.A. neighborhood of Los Feliz that he bought from NBA legend Kareem-Abdul Jabbar in 2011. With at least three celebrity owners in a row, you know that the house must be impressive!

Hawaii is like paradise, a place to relax and forget all your cares … unless you're Anne Hathaway.
The Oscar-winning actress had none of that Wednesday as she vacationed with her husband of little more than a year, Adam Shulman, on a beach in the Aloha State. Photographs show the 31-year-old star being caught in a riptide during a dip in the ocean, even waving her hands while submerged under the water. Once Hathaway returned to shore, Shulman sweetly cleaned and bandaged a wound on her foot. Aw!
Although the "Les Miserables" star appeared to be very much in distress during the incident, her rep insisted that she is "absolutely fine. " He joked, "Tabloids and gossips making a bigger deal out of something — I never heard of such a thing!"
Then again, perhaps Hathaway was just being dramatic! She was later seen strolling along the beach with her hubby.
Ke$ha is going to rehab.
The pop star, 26, often sings about partying, but her treatment will be for something else.
"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice," she said in a statement Friday. "I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."
Ke$ha, who is a vegetarian, will, per TMZ, enter the women-only Timberline Knolls facility outside Chicago, where Demi Lovato was enrolled in 2010. According to the facility's website, the "Timber" singer will be well taken care of.
"Timberline Knolls' team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and nurses are available to residents and their families 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Our therapists and medical staff, admissions team, teachers, and every employee at Timberline Knolls have each made a personal commitment to helping women realize life-long recovery."
Katy Perry has literally moved on from her marriage to Russell Brand.
The pop songstress has sold the house the couple called home during part of their 14-month marriage. The 8,835-square-foot, 3-acre property just off the Sunset Strip in L.A. brought in $5.65 million when it sold on Dec. 31, according to real estate website Redfin.
Although that's a pretty penny, Perry is actually losing money on the deal. She purchased the property for $6.5 million in June 2011 following her October 2010 nuptials with Brand. After he abruptly filed for divorce in December 2011, Perry put the home back on the market for a whopping $8 million. She ended up selling for less to a cash buyer because she “wanted more than anything for the house sale to be final,” her real estate agent told Zillow.
Safe to say you can remove "Khloé & Lamar" from your DVR rotation.
Khloé Kardashian, 29, today filed for divorce from her husband of four years, Lamar Odom, 34.
In the Los Angeles Superior Court petition, Kardashian cites "irreconcilable differences" for the reason behind the split. The couple has a prenup, so the division of their assets should be fairly tidy.
Friday's filing caps months of drama rife with reports of drug abuse, infidelity, and even forgiveness, and ends a marriage that once seemed too good to be true.
The two had a whirlwind romance, and shocked everyone when they tied the knot in September 2009 after just one month of dating.
But Kardashian and Odom appeared to to have a genuine connection, as they immortalized in the (much-lampooned) ad for their unisex fragrance, Unbroken.
"There is a beauty of believing that one cannot exist without the other, that sometimes the bond between two souls is truly unbreakable," the couple said in the commercial.
Nelson Mandela's death has shaken the world. An icon whose message of peace and equality was equally embraced in politics and pop culture, the South African lion was instantly memorialized Thursday by those who knew him and those who admired him.
And that includes stars ranging from Morgan Freeman, Samuel L. Jackson, Bono, and Arnold Schwarzenegger to Kelly Osbourne, Justin Timberlake, and Rihanna.

Freeman, who played Mandela in the 2009 film "Invictus," issued a touching statement. "Today the world lost one of the true giants of the past century," it read. "Nelson Mandela was a man of incomparable honor, unconquerable strength, and unyielding resolve — a saint to many, a hero to all who treasure liberty, freedom and the dignity of humankind. As we remember his triumphs, let us, in his memory, not just reflect on how far we've come, but on how far we have to go. Madiba may no longer be with us, but his journey continues on with me and with all of us."
Then: Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his toddler daughter Kelly shared a close-up in an undated photo that must have been taken in the mid-'80s. Kelly, now 29, posted it to Instagram in honor of his 65th birthday on Dec. 3. "Today is my Dadda's birthday!" she wrote in the accompanying caption. "Happy birthday Dad I am so proud to be your daughter! I love you sooooo much!!!!!"
Now: Dad, who's still cranking out hit albums, and daughter, now a "Fashion Police" panelist with plans to wed Matthew Mosshart next summer (and lavender locks!), remain close as ever. She explained to omg! earlier this year that she even shares a lot of her father's personality traits. "I got a lot of his sense of humor, a lot of his naughtiness, and his mischievousness, but also, I got his heart, which is really — he's a great big softie underneath it all."
Be wary of any stories you read about Paul Walker's 15-year-old daughter Meadow. They're most likely not true.
For starters, she wasn't present when the "Fast and the Furious" actor, 40, died as the passenger in a fiery car crash just outside of Los Angeles. She also hasn't posted any teary farewells to her father on Twitter or Facebook or any other website.
A new post on the late actor's official Facebook page shoots down some of the false reports popping up by the minute about the daughter he shares with ex-girlfriend Rebecca McBrain.
Jennifer Love Hewitt did it again!
The 34-year-old actress surprised fans back in June when it was revealed that she was both pregnant and engaged to "Client List" co-star Brian Hallisay. Now, Hewitt has revealed that she and Hallisay have welcomed a daughter and, oh yes, tied the knot!
Hewitt's rep tells omg! in a statement that, "Jennifer Love Hewitt and her husband Brian Hallisay are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter. Autumn James Hallisay was born on November 26th."
The baby girl is the first child for both Hewitt and Hallisay, 35, who began dating in the spring of 2012 and got engaged in May.
Hewitt, who had romances with John Mayer, Carson Daly, and Jamie Kennedy before settling down with Hallisay, gushed about her impending motherhood in July.
Sorry to break it to Santa, but celebs are actually responsible for putting the most impressive loot under the tree during the holiday season.
Their secret — besides a big budget! — is hiring a personal shopper to find the perfect gift. After all, who has time to schlepp around from store to store when you've got a new project to film or promote?
And, as you might expect, A-Listers don't skimp on luxury.
"Million Dollar Shoppers" star Derek Roche, a personal shopper and stylist who's worked with celebs such as Sean "Diddy" Combs, Nicki Minaj, and Mark Wahlberg, reveals that he's picked out some pretty pricey presents.
"I've given a $25,000 crocodile clutch from Tom Ford as a holiday gift," he shares. "Just as a one-off, it's just a close friendship. A lot of people who are successful and powerful, it's because they built their empire on relationships."
