When it comes to buying and selling celebrity residences that run in the tens of millions of dollars, the action usually takes place in high-priced cities like Los Angeles and New York. But this time around it’s the Nashville suburb of Franklin, Tennessee, that’s getting the attention now that country music royal couple Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have listed their estate there for $20 million, according to real estate website Zillow.
The next buyers will certainly be getting plenty for their money: The property totals 753 acres and includes four residences and a barn.
When it comes to big-deal social events, the Met Gala is one of the year's most anticipated. The swanky soiree always takes place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, is always hosted by fashion bible Vogue, and always features plenty of Hollywood's hottest celebrities dressed in creative creations from world-renowned designers. But when this year's event took place in May, the media was most eagerly awaiting the appearance of not A-list actors, but two professional athletes: Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn.
"Tiger's fame is obviously in the extreme, the amount of scrutiny that he's constantly under," Vonn, 28, says in Vogue's new August issue. "But that's the thing: It all comes back to being happy. It doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks; do what you love to do and be happy and that's it."

"It was the gorgeous blue eyes. And she’s hilarious. That's all it takes for me," Jason Sudeikis says in the latest issue of Elle magazine. But no, he's not talking about fiancée Olivia Wilde. He's talking about his college crush.
"It was 100 percent for real," he insists.
More than a decade and a half later, his new crush is the woman he plans to spend the rest of his life with: the 29-year-old Wilde. Sudeikis knows that public perception is that the "Tron" hottie is out of his league, and while he claims in the interview that it doesn't bother him … well, it kind of sounds like it does. "I don't get upset about it," the 37-year-old says, but then admits: "I might have a moment of gangster flare-up. It's more like, You don't know me!"
Beverly Hills can add one more rich and famous face to its roster of homeowners. Cher just purchased a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home there for a little over $2.145 million, according to real estate website Trulia.
As per the home's original listing, the two-story house sits on about a half acre, and boasts a bright, eat-in kitchen with stone countertops and (pricey) Viking appliances; beamed ceilings; a master bedroom with two fireplaces; and a closet that would make any clotheshorse drool complete with "his and her" sides and a center island, perfect for storing all those Bob Mackie pieces.
He may be a married man, but Bruce Jenner apparently needs a bachelor pad.
On an episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” that aired last month, Bruce, 63, and wife Kris Jenner — better known as the Kardashian momager — got into an argument after Bruce and his pals made a ruckus flying model helicopters and interrupted Kris's in-home massage. (Ah, the problems of the rich.) "You can go get a man cave. You and your ping-pong table and your dog can go have a great time," a frustrated Kris, 57, to whom he's been married for 22 years, told him. "Your helicopter friends, you can all go find a little getaway that you can go relax at."
And that he did.
"I will never, never get married again.”
Halle Berry uttered that short phrase (packed with not one but two nevers) back in the spring of 2007 during an interview with InStyle magazine … and six years later, has taken it back. The Oscar winner is engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez, with whom she's expecting a child, and the two are rumored to be tying the knot this weekend.
Hey Halle, here’s another double-never phrase for you: Never say never.
So what's different this time around? It's not just that the 46-year-old thinks she's found the right guy in Martinez, 47, and wants a family with him. At the time of the InStyle interview, Berry was in a relationship with model Gabriel Aubry, with whom she'd go on to have daughter Nahla, now 5. The couple split in 2010 after five years together and ended up in a bitter custody battle punctuated with abuse allegations.

To actor Dominic Cooper's next love interest: By dating him, you're automatically going to get another celebrity in your life: his ex-girlfriend Amanda Seyfried
"We love each other," Seyfried tells Elle magazine of Cooper, whom she met on the set of "Mamma Mia!" and dated for two years before breaking up in 2010. "He'll always be in my life regardless of what his girlfriends or future wife think. I'm never going to be with a guy that can't deal with my friendship with him."
A parent-student college orientation session on a humid Nebraska day doesn't sound like an event full of excitement, but it certainly was for a group of incoming students and their parents at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln on Wednesday when Hollywood A-lister Matt Damon quietly joined them.
"A man wrote 'M. Damon' on his name tag and our folks over at the orientation thought, 'Oh ha ha,' but we were surprised to learn it actually was Matt Damon," school spokesperson Steve Smith tells omg!.
No, the Oscar winner — who dropped out of Harvard more than two decades ago to pursue acting — wasn't going back to school at age 42 to finally get his degree. He was accompanying an incoming college freshman. "It's a student he has a relationship with, but I don't know what the relationship is," says Smith, who explains that while it's typically a parent who attends orientation with a student, it could be an older sibling, a guardian, mentor, or other relative. In this case, it sounds like Damon was being the good uncle.
Olivia Wilde may have been married for eight years to Italian prince Tao Ruspoli (whom she wed when she was just 19), but it sounds like she's finally found her Prince Charming in former "Saturday Night Live" castmember Jason Sudeikis.
"I like having a real partner. It's the model I grew up with. It's part of why I was able to take so many chances in my life, because I felt like someone was watching my back. I could never imagine life without someone I respect, someone who offers me infinite possibilities," the 29-year-old tells InStyle of her 37-year-old fiancé, whom she's been with for nearly two years.
Rapper Drake may be a Canada native, but he's cutting a very big tie to his home country, selling his posh three-bedroom Toronto condo for close to $4 million, according toreal estate website Trulia. The asking price is $4.2 million Canadian dollars, which breaks down to around $3.98 million in U.S. bucks. The 3,600-square-foot pad sits on the 22 nd floor of a building called One St. Thomas in the luxe neighborhood of Yorkville, which, according to the listing agency's website, is one of the city's "most prestigious addresses." To be sure, the enclave is home to many of the city's trendiest restaurants and becomes a celeb hangout during the annual Toronto Film Festival.
In addition to the three bedrooms and two and a half bedrooms, the 26-year-old's bachelor pad includes 500 square feet of space split amongst two heated terraces — for enjoying the outdoors on those chilly Canadian evenings and taking in those sweeping city views.
