Margot Robbie was barely recognizable on the Oscars red carpet on Sunday, when she sported dark hair after ditching her blond locks. While most women would kill for her luscious golden hair, Margot revealed that she prefers being a brunette and was not happy when she had to go blond for her role in "The Wolf of Wall Street." The 23-year-old opened up to Elle about lightening her mane for her role as Jordan Belfort's wife, who was a blond. She said, "I was devastated when I had to go blond." Margot quickly swapped hue's and went back to being a brunette for her newest role in "Z for Zachariah." She told People magazine about the decision to rock chocolate brown locks at the Academy Awards. "I did a movie, and I didn't have time to go back to blond," she said. "I'm liking it! I'm getting used to it. I feel very mysterious as a brunette!" And while she is digging her new look, she didn't mean to go quite as dark as she did. She told Elle, "We left it in for a little long and it went really dark. But it's great though, I love it. It's really fun." This isn't the first time the actress has darkened her 'do. She told Elle, "I had it this color all through high school actually. I always dyed it dark in high school." And Margot's even thinking about keeping the brown hair for a while. She told people, "I might not dye it back right away, I'll wait until I know what my next movie is." Check out the vid to decide if you like Margot better as a blond or a brunette, and be sure to tune in to "The Insider" on TV tonight for the latest in entertainment news.

Ireland Baldwin and Slater Trout have called it quits. "I love him more than anything but I need to focus on myself right now," she told People. "I am focusing on work and school now." The 18-year-old daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger first starting dating Slater after they were introduced by a friend in 2012 via Instagram and Twitter. In the June 2013 issue of Vanity Fair, Ireland confessed that the two connected through "mutual flirting efforts on the Internet." "I would say he is my best friend," she gushed to People last May. "We have our moments but that's rare. We can act stupid in public, private, or wherever and we are always laughing." Back in January, the lovebirds hit the red carpet at the 50th Anniversary of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue event in L.A. and Ireland dished to "The Insider" about why Slater was the perfect date. "He makes me laugh every time I look at him, so it makes it way easier," she said. "It's amazing. It makes you feel so much better." The S.I. event was the couple’s last red carpet appearance together and while Ireland frequently displayed her affection for the pro stand-up paddle surfer on social media, she stopped posting pics of him on Instagram after Jan. 15. The pair were last seen together just Tuesday, but all seemed well as Slater even fed her during their romantic lunch date. Check out the video to more of what Ireland had to say about Slater and be sure to tune into "The Insider" on TV tonight for the latest in entertainment news.

Drew Barrymore, Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz managed to escape the chaos of Hollywood for a girls’ getaway in Napa Valley on Wednesday where they checked into the Culinary Institute of America for a two-day crash course in pasta making. Witherspoon captioned a pic of her view from the airplane window on Instagram with the caption, “On our way! #girlstrip2014.” The gal pals have been posting a flurry of pics from their vacay. Witherspoon shared a snapshot that showcases the whole gang posing in their chef apparel with the caption, "Love learning with these ladies!” And Diaz shared a pic of the crew surrounding a table in their aprons writing, “What an amazingly delicious, educational, and ridiculously FUN time I had with these awesome ladies!!!” The A-list trio have vacationed together before. In March 2013, they attended a fitness retreat, Bikini Boot Camp at the Amansala Resort in Tulum, Mexico, and were photographed frolicking on the beach. Diaz and Barrymore have been friends for years. In fact, in January 2013, Barrymore dished about when she first met Diaz, saying, “She was actually 16 and I was 14 when we became friends” She added, “We were both LA kids, you know. I worked in a coffee house, she was a model and I served her coffee and we had mutual friends.” Later the two co-starred in “Charlie’s Angels" and reignited their friendship. And Witherspoon opened up to Red magazine about their tight-knit threesome saying, "They’re just as charismatic and fun as you would imagine, It’s nice to hang with Drew because we both just had babies and we can support each other. And Cameron is such a funny, bright gal.” The “Mud” star added, “She’s an incredibly sharp business-minded woman, but she disguises that side of herself. It’s her secret alter ego. Holy déjà vu! Aaron Carter is trying to win back his ex-girlfriend from way back when, Hilary Duff. On Wednesday, he retweeted a photo of the 26-year-old blond beauty -- who recently announced her separation from Mike Comrie, her husband of three years. The pic was captioned, "hilary duff is flawless." He later followed up with a tweet of his own that read, “Don't be that stupid d--—e that loses the love of your life forever.. Like me…" Hmm… Moments later Aaron continued his heartfelt confession writing, "I'll spend the rest of my life trying to better myself to get back to her. I don't care what ANY of you think." The public admission must have overwhelmed him because he immediately added, "That tweet just gave me an anxiety attack." More than a decade ago, Hilary and Aaron were a match made in teen idol heaven. They flaunted their love on red carpets and he even guest-starred on her hit Disney show, "Lizzie McGuire." But the puppy love ended after Aaron famously left America’s little darling for another teen actress, Lindsay Lohan. In 2005, Aaron opened up on "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch" about what really went down between the two. "I started dating Hilary [Duff] on my 13th birthday," he confessed. "I was dating her for like a year-and-a-half and then I just got a little bored so I went and I started getting to know Lindsay, dating Lindsay." Aaron’s recent string of tweets isn’t the first time he’s spoken publicly about his remorse. Back in 2012, he spoke candidly about Hilary’s marriage, her pregnancy news, and his regret. "I’m really happy for her that she’s in a successful relationship and that she’s going to have a baby," he told Fox News. "Sometimes I think to myself, maybe that could have been me but it is what it is." Do you think these two should get back together? Chrissy Teigen and John Legend tied the knot at Italy's Lake Como last September in what was a fairy-tale wedding, but the Sports Illustrated model does have one regret about the special day. "The Insider" caught up with the 28-year-old at the London Fog Collaboration event Tuesday, and she filled us in on the wedding tradition she wishes she hadn't skipped over. "I do have one regret," she revealed. "And that's not having a first dance. I refused to have a first dance 'cause I can't dance. So I don't like dancing in front of people. But everything else was just perfect." And while the day might have been perfect, the nuptials didn't go off without a hitch. Chrissy and John grace the cover of the spring 2014 issue of Martha Stewart Weddings, and the brunette beauty revealed in the mag that storms in Ohio delayed the flights of the groom's family, which in turn, pushed the festivities back a few hours. "They had cocktails for four hours," Chrissy joked about how guests passed the time. The "All of Me" singer's wife also dished to "The Insider" about how the rest of the day went by in the blink of an eye. "When we were still engaged, everyone, all of our married friends, had told us, you know, the most important thing is that you remember every moment of this, and it's gonna fly by. And I thought that the entire wedding. I was like, 'OK, it's going to fly by. Like, be happy every moment. Remember every moment.' And still it's hard," she revealed. "It really does fly by. It's hard to remember." Today's weather is cloudy with a chance of… Katy Perry? The “Dark Horse” singer, currently in Australia promoting her upcoming Prismatic tour, stopped by the local morning show, "Sunrise," on Tuesday and took a stab at being the meteorologist. While the 29-year-old does her best to report the weather, hilarity ensues as she attempts to pronounce regions of Australia while reading from a teleprompter. She even jokingly mispronounces Hobart, calling it Hogwarts, as in Harry Potter’s alma mater. The brunette beauty isn’t the only star to attempt to be a meteorologist for the day. Steve Carell hosted the weather back in Nov. 2013 while visiting the U.K. to promote “Anchorman 2” and teasingly called the gig, “the hardest job in the world.” And in 2011, Bret Michaels made his debut on The Weather Channel as a guest correspondent reporting on the different climates he encountered while on tour in Middle America. The Oscar for most awkward moment at the Academy Awards on Sunday went to… John Travolta when he introduced Idina Menzel before her performance of "Let It Go," calling her Adele Dazeem. But the actress, who is well known on Broadway, is garnering a lot of attention from the gaffe. The songbird's new Broadway musical, "If/Then," has capitalized on Travolta's embarrassing flub in a hilarious way. The musical's market team whipped up an ad that was posted to Facebook on Monday with the tagline, "You Know Her Name," beneath a photo of the 42-year-old actress performing the Oscar winning song from "Frozen." And if that weren't funny enough, Slate.com also seized the awkward moment with a widget allowing people to "Travoltify your name" with the Adele Dazeem Name Generator. Regular old folks aren't the only ones to try it — celebrities from Jessica Biel to Anna Kendrick have posted their new names. Menzel was a popular topic on late night Monday, with Conan O'Brien, David Letterman, and even Andy Cohen making jokes about the mispronunciation. And Menzel herself appeared on "The Tonight Show" and performed a killer rendition of "Let it Go" with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots. If you are like the "Killing Season" actor and aren't familiar with Idina, we've put together some fun facts about the actress for you, including that she played Lea Michele's mom in "Glee," how it's been 10 years since she appeared on Broadway, (as Elphaba in “Wicked”) and — well, check out the video to see. Angelina Jolie has done it again! The actress set the Twitterverse abuzz in 2012 when she wore a dramatic velvet gown, which featured a thigh-high slit and allowed her to flash her long, lean leg. And on Sunday, the "Maleficent" star, 38, got people talking again when she donned an Elie Saab haute couture long-sleeve metallic dress. Angie's covered-up look immediately sparked a Twitter debate. @playingwithu wrote, "Angelina Jolie's gown ages her horribly. It would be appropriate on someone 20 years older." And @ISDesignTO echoed the sentiment tweeting, "What is Angelina wearing??? My grandma is calling and wants her dress back." On the flip side, some fans loved Angelina's frock. @leoralooo gushed, "Angelina Jolie is actually flawless, her oscar dress fits her perfectly." To put the debate to rest, we asked style expertLindsay Albanese to weigh in.
